We're adventuring to the magical Lake Atitlan, Guatemala this November 5th - 12th, 2022. This retreat will be all inclusive of lodging, meals, two cultural and adventure filled excursions, roundtrip airport transfers, and daily optional yoga sessions with Char & Amber.

Day 1 (Saturday)

Arrival in Antigua
Our SolSeed Representative will greet your group at the airport in Guatemala City and shuttle them to Antigua.
Settle into the hotel and oriented to Antigua.
5:30 - 7:30pm - Casual Dinner Reception in Antigua 

Day 2 (Sunday) 

8am - Breakfast at Antigua Hotel
9am - Bus from Antigua to Lake Atitlan (~2.5 hours)
12:30pm - Arrival at Retreat Center
1pm - Lunch/Retreat Orientation (Covering optional excursions & activities!)
2pm - Check into rooms
5pm - Afternoon Class 
7pm - Dinner

Day 3 (Monday)
7:30am - Coffee and Fruit out
8am - Morning Class
9am - Breakfast 
10:30am - Optional San Juan Textile Markets Shopping Trip
2pm - Lunch
5pm - Optional Afternoon Class 
7pm - Dinner

Day 4 (Tuesday)
7:30am - Coffee and Fruit out
8am - Morning Class 
9am - Breakfast
FREE AFTERNOON
(Options to kayak/SUP, visit a town, book horseback riding, ziplining, or cooking class, or just relax!)

5pm - Optional Afternoon Class

10:30am - 4pm - Included Hiking Excursion and San Marcos Town Visit with Lunch
