In my one-on-one sessions, I focus on cultivating a sense of tranquility in the body, mind, and breath. Many individuals navigate life in a state of unconsciousness, often feeling disconnected from their true selves. To counter this, I integrate a range of techniques, including mindfulness, asana (postures), nervous system regulation, mantra, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. This multifaceted approach enhances self-awareness and promotes the alignment of mind, body, and spirit.
My sessions emphasize practices tailored for effective stress management, incorporate functional movements, and provide a variety of modifications suitable for all experience levels. I will design a personalized practice that specifically addresses your needs—whether you seek relief from conditions such as back pain or anxiety, or aim for overall wellness. I invite you to honor your body and be fully present on your mat in each moment.
Following each session, you will receive a comprehensive PDF outlining practices that you can continue independently. My ultimate goal is to empower you to facilitate your own healing journey through the transformative power of yoga.

In outpatient treatment settings , my yoga classes provide ongoing support for individuals transitioning back into everyday life. These sessions aim to reinforce the skills learned during residential treatment, creating a sense of community and accountability. By incorporating yoga into their routine, participants can maintain focus on their recovery journey, enhance emotional regulation, and develop a stronger sense of self.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra also known as, ‘yogic sleep’ or ‘conscious sleep’ is a process of awakening while dissolving the ego. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that carries you into a state of deep relaxation with doing absolutely nothing. Supported by many props, blankets, pillows, and the guide of my voice will allow the mind and body to release into the safe container of your own nest.
Yoga Nidra holds space for you to explore your subconscious and allows your inner teacher to carve your own pathway, eventually leading into the void. The void is the place of no thought, emptiness but is also full of infinite wisdom. Yoga Nidra may be complimented with the sound vibrations of my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls along with other instruments will help lead a busy mind into pure bliss. The sound bowls create frequencies that alter brain waves while releasing energetic blockages and encourage the body to heal itself by shifting cells from a state of stress to ease.
