Testimonials:

“I was looking for ways to delve deep into restorative cueing and theming even as a student and beginning vinyasa teacher. Attending Amber’s restorative training was more than what I expected! The training gave me a solid foundation to new yogic philosophy, using props safely to my own body, theming guides, class example and even learned new meditation techniques. Amber’s expertise in restorative yoga and plus her sound healing skills for restorative emanated through the whole training. Up to this day, I still use all the notes from our training and look back and learn something new. I came out of the practice as a stronger student and a vinyasa teacher. This training is applicable to any student, or any type of yoga teacher fully!” -Alexander

“I have wanted to take a Restorative yoga class for years.  Amber makes it fun and easy to understand.  The way Amber explains the postures and breaks down the mindset ethically,  not only the importance of the physical aspect,  but also the mental and spiritual side.  She has so much wisdom and makes it easy to learn to teach and has such a great sense of humor.  She makes everyone feel heard.  I am so thankful she was my teacher.   I grew so much just by taking her class and learning from her.” -Lauren

“Not only was ambers training super educational, it also transformed my life. She provides you with all of the tools you need to teach and how to integrate it on and off the mat. Her approach is so refreshing, filled with laughter and the most digestible delivery. If you’re even the least bit curious about restorative yoga (even if you’re just looking to improve your personal practice), do yourself a favor and just sign up for her training now, you won’t regret it! Best 15hrs of my life in awhile.” - Charlotte
